🚌 New line 017 to Mönchengladbach main station

Line 017 now continues all the way to Mönchengladbach HBF. The ZOB opened in October 2025 and is considered the most modern bus station in Germany.

Yes. The Heinsberg Map is free in the Steam Workshop. The project is developed privately in spare time. If you want, you can support it voluntarily.
The Heinsberg Map is an expansion for The Bus. It recreates the district of Heinsberg and parts of Mönchengladbach realistically – with over 80 km of routes, more than 100 stops, and many towns.

To use the Heinsberg Map smoothly, you should always have the latest version of The Bus installed. Make sure automatic updates are enabled in Steam.
Updates for the map are downloaded automatically via the Steam Workshop. When a new version is released, Steam updates the files the next time you start the game.
If issues occur or the map does not work as expected, please report them on our Discord server. That is the fastest way for us to help and include fixes in future updates.
